Lazy Days of Summer

Our Couch

Well, it's been quite a while since Guinness and I have written anything. Mom and Dad have had us super busy. If we're not out at the field running around with them, then we're exploring our new house, backyard and pool. But, a dog's gotta sleep!!! That's why i decided to post this picture of our oh so beloved couch. Unfortunately we don't get to lay on it like this anymore. You might be wondering why that is. Well, let's just say that when Mom and Dad went far away to the "Lou", my stupid little brother decided it would be fun to chew on our ultra-supreme-nothin's-more-comfortable-in-the-world-couch. Needless to say, Pops wasn't too happy w/ him when they got home and we've been denied access ever since. Well, that's what they think. Little do they know that when their gone, we still sneak up there to take a nice comfy snooze! Well, that's all for now, i'll be sure to post more pics soon!

A Day at the Doggie Beach

So, Bax and I went to this sandy place over the weekend. It was so much fun! It was the first time that I have ever been there. I first watching Dad and Baxter go into this huge blue/green wet thing. Mom stood on the side w/ the camera. I was getting very impatient b/c they left me behind. So, I barked and barked, then I finally went for it and jumped in! That stuff was cold! I was only in for a sec before i turned around! As the day went on, i got in more often. But, what i really enjoyed was visiting all the girls laying on big sheet things. They were all so nice, and there was so many of them! So manyn women, so little time! I got to play with some fellow 4 legged friends as well. Overall, it was a fantastic day at the beach, can' t wait to go back!

Guinness's Manhood taken away

Well, on friday i went to work with Mom, and it was really fun at first. I got to run all over the place, got a ton of attention. Then they starting messing with my arms, putting in needles and it really hurt. I was not very happy at all. Then, I whined a whole lot, but it didn't help. After that, another nurse gave me a few shots in the butt, before i knew it I was out! Then, I woke up and realize that my two little balls inbetween my legs were gone! Who would do such a thing? So, i felt really funny for a couple of hours and I got to sleep a whole bunch. Then I got to go home and play with Baxter and it wasn't so bad. I feel much better today. I don't even know what those things were for! Oh well, I'm sure that Mom and Dad wouldn't do anything to hurt me!

I'm thinking about modeling...

That's right. Modeling. I think it would be fun. Everyone keeps saying how darn cute I am. I might as well receive the bennie's of it! Just imagine, getting my picture taken all the time, with a milk bone in one hand and a raw hide in the other. Sipping on a nice cold glass of high quality, bottled H2O. Maybe even sparkling. Who knows. You know what they say, dream big. I must say that this excellent picture wasn't all my doing. My grandpa K took this while he and grandma K were down visiting. Boy was that fun. We got to go for 2 walks every single day. I sure was tired!! But, not my crazy brother. He's such a wild man sometimes. Always smelling everything and pooping on everyone's yard. Oh yeah, something else that I wanted to add today was how much fun I had at about 2am last night. Bax and I went outside and played for a very long time. I dug the biggest hole out there! I can't wait to show mom and dad. They are going to be so proud of me! I can almost fit right into it! I probably shouldn't though, because I just got a bath. Mom keeps talking about the other grandparents coming to visit. I think that I remember them. Maybe they'll take us for 2 walks a day? That'll be so awesome! Catch ya later!!
